Description and Conditions <br />Bids were received Tuesday, April 8, 1986 at 11:00 A.M. for IRC #289 - <br />Lubrication System for the Fleet Management Department. <br />13 Bid Proposals were sent out. Of the 6 Bids received, 2 were "No Bids". <br />2. Alternatives and Analysis <br />The low bid was received from L. H. Travis, Inc. in the amount of $9451.41. <br />The low bidder did not extend or total their bid initially. They were asked <br />to submit, in writing, the total for a turn key system. A letter was received <br />on April 11, 1986. The bid meets all specifications. <br />3. Recommendation and Funding <br />It is recommended that IRC #289 be awarded to the low bidder, L.H.
