<br />(d) Traffic control, parking and security: Adequate traffic circulation, traffic control, vendor
<br />and customer parking, pedestrian access, lighting, and security measures shall be provided
<br />as required by Planning, Traffic Engineering, and the Sheriffs Office.
<br />(e) Sanitary facilities and solid waste: Sanitary facilities and management of solid waste shall
<br />be provided as required by the Health Department and Solid Waste.
<br />(f) Vendors: Subject to Building, Fire Prevention, and Health Department approval, vendor set-
<br />ups may include food trucks, tables, canopies, tents and similar structures as shown on an
<br />approved temporary use permit (TUP) site plan sketch,.;;;::;;::

<br />(g) Applicant/sponsor: The market applicant/5ponsor shall`provide authorization from the site
<br />owner and shall post a $200 cash bond to guaranteeti:timely site clean iuj%:after each weekly

<br />(1) Sites shall be cleaned-up�w:itliin 48 hours of eacl :weekly event.

<br />(h) Signs: Prior to commencement of sales aet;yity, all signs associated with a market or special
<br />event, including terriporary. signs shall be pi:operly permitted. Banners, balloons, pennants,

<br />• p(i) Application;: Each tempo'use permit application for a market or special event shall
<br />include a scab. site plarirsketch depicting entrances, exits, driveways, traffic circulation,
<br />vendor set-up areas, customer and vendor parking, signs, sanitary facilities, solid waste
<br />management item ;soundsystem items (if any), and lighting/security items.
<br />(1) Each application shall be reviewed by Planning, Traffic Engineering, Fire
<br />Prevention, Building, Solid Waste, the Sheriff's Office, and the Health Department.
<br />SECTION #2: SEVERABILITY
<br />If any clause, section or provision of this Ordinance shall be declared by a court of competent
<br />jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid for any cause or reason, the same shall be eliminated
<br />from this Ordinance and the remaining portion of this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect and
<br />be as valid as if such invalid portion thereof had not been incorporated therein.
