Rogoff et al. and AAF Holdings, LLC (Case No.: 1:15-cv-00460-CRC) and <br />Indian River County v. Florida Development Finance Corporation and AAF Holdings <br />LLC (Case No. 2015 AP 40) <br />BACKGROUND. <br />In accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes the County Attorney requests that the Indian <br />River County Board of County Commissioners (the `Board") schedule a closed attorney-client session <br />concerning Indian River County et al. vs. Peter M. Rogoff et al. and AAF Holdings, LLC (Case No.: <br />1:15-cv-00460-CRC) and Indian River County v. Florida Development Finance Corporation and AAF <br />Holdings LLC (Case No. 2015 AP 40) to be held on December 15, 2015 in the County Commissioners' <br />Conference Room. Per Florida Statutes, the subject matter of the meeting shall be confined to <br />settlement negotiations and/or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. The attendees at the <br />session will be the Board, the County Administrator, the County Attorney, and a certified court reporter. <br />Reasonable public notice will be given of the session. It is estimated that the session will last <br />approximately 90 minutes. <br />RECOMMENDATION. <br />The County Attorney recommends that the Board schedule a closed attorney-client session to occur at <br />10:30 AM on December 15, 2015. <br />APPROVED FOR DECEMBER 8, 2015 <br />B.C.C.
