RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1 & 2, AFFIDAVIT OF EXEMPTION FROM SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS WITHOUT A PLAT FILING FOR ESSA WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots 1 and 2, Affidavit of Exemption of Subdivision Improvements without Filing a Plat for Essa; and WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: the common seven and one-half (7.5) foot drainage and utility easements of Lots 1 & 2, being the south and east 7.5 foot drainage and utility easements of Lot 1 and the north and west 7.5 foot drainage and utility easements of Lot 2, Affidavit of Exemption from Subdivision Improvements without a Plat Filing for Essa ("Essa AOE'), according to the "Exhibit A" maps and surveys of the Essa AOE recorded in OR Book 2011, Page 599, of the Public Records of Indian River County. This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner , and adopted on the day of 2015, by the following vote: Chairman Bob Solari Vice -Chairman Joseph E.
