Brown, Budget Director <br />Basil Dancy, Computer Services Mana <br />Authorization for Purchase of Broadcast System Replacements <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On December 1, 2015, the Board Authorized the use of Computer Services Department reserves in <br />the amount of $52,000 for the replacement of a server rack to extend the usable life of the <br />Commission Chambers Broadcast system. <br />The attached quote describes the changes proposed by the vendor that built and installed our <br />existing system.
