Mora, P.E., Public Works Director <br /> SUBJECT: Agreement for Developer Contributions to Road Improvements / <br /> Asphalt Millings on 45th Street West of 66th Avenue <br /> DATE: December 18, 2015 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> Hugh D. Corrigan, a property owner on 45th Street west of 66th Avenue, has requested that <br /> the County apply asphalt millings on 45th Street on the western most one-third of a mile(1/3 <br /> mile) west of 66th Avenue, a distance of 1,700 feet. Mr. Corrigan and his,neighbors are <br /> willing to contribute $20,000 toward the project, which would cover the cost of installing the <br /> millings. <br /> In order to eliminate maintenance grading on the remainder of 45th Street,the County would <br /> like to utilize County Road & Bridge crews to install the millings. <br /> FUNDING <br /> Funding will be provided by developer contributions in the amount of $20,000 and deposited <br /> into acct# 109038-366090-16016. Expenses for the project will be funded from acct# <br /> 10921441-053360-16016.
