All provisions of the CONSULTANT AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and <br /> effect, unless otherwise specifically modified. This amendment addresses changes in "SCOPE OF <br /> SERVICES" and "COMPENSATION" of CONSULTANT AGREEMENT as follows: <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Additional services for land surveying, civil engineering, landscape and irrigation modifications to <br /> relocate the Go-Line bus transfer point. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> The section of CONSULTANT AGREEMENT entitled COMPENSATION shall be revised to include the <br /> additional fees: <br /> Borrelli+ Partners, Inc.
