RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 019 <br />6. The assessments shown on Exhibit 'A" attached to Resolution No. 2015-037, were <br />recorded by the County on the public records of Indian River County, and the lien shall <br />remain prima facie evidence of its validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Brvan , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis , and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari AVF <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E Flescher AYE <br />Commissioner Wesley S.
