SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The provisions of this Ordinance (No. 86- ) shall become effective upon receipt from the Secretary of the State of Florida of official acknowledgment that this Ordinance has been filed with .the Department of State. Sc �r lock,•.. ,, airman ORDINANCE NO. 86-36 Platted Single Family Subdivisions with Approved Positive Drainage Systems All platted single family subdivisions, having applied after November of 1982 (beginning withfile #IRD-SD-82-12-002), have received stormwater management permits in accordance with the Stormwater Management Ordinance No, 82-28 and as amended. These subdivisions have an approved positive drainage system and are therefore exempt from the requirements of Section 25(S) of the Zoning Code.
