I <br />MAY 2 11986 <br />BOOK <br />�r <br />Dr. Tucker expressed the Health staff's appreciation of <br />working with Architect Ramos and their support of the plan <br />presented. <br />Discussion ensued re the projected cost, which Director Dean <br />reported is estimated at $78.38 per sq, ft. and includes all the <br />site work, the clearing, grading, paving, sidewalks, curbs, <br />irrigation system and landscaping. At the public hearing, a number of individuals from <br />the Roseland area expressed concern about the existing area <br />located southeast of Elaine street which is currently zoned <br />RMH-6, Mobile Home Residential District (up to 6 units/acre). <br />This area was recommended for residential uses at a density of <br />up to 6 units per acre. However, several individuals stated <br />that they felt this area should specifically be designated to <br />allow a combination of single-family residences and mobile ' <br />homes and that the County should create a zoning district that <br />would allow this combination of uses.
