At the public hearing, a number of individuals from <br />the Roseland area expressed concern about the existing area <br />located southeast of Elaine street which is currently zoned <br />RMH-6, Mobile Home Residential District (up to 6 units/acre). <br />This area was recommended for residential uses at a density of <br />up to 6 units per acre. However, several individuals stated <br />that they felt this area should specifically be designated to <br />allow a combination of single-family residences and mobile ' <br />homes and that the County should create a zoning district that <br />would allow this combination of uses.
