LESSOR'S responsibilities and <br />obligations herein shall kte exercised by the Division of State <br />Lands, Department of Environmental Protection. <br />The property subject to this <br />lease, is situated in the County -of Indian River, State of <br />Florida 'apd is more particularly -described in Exhibit ,A" <br />attached hereto anti hereinafter calied the "leased psemioes". <br />3, IM: The term of this lease shall be <br />tt for a period OF <br />fifty years, commencing on 22 � �G� and ending on <br />Vtiless sooner terminated pursuant to <br />the provisions of thii% lease. <br />4. pLmm5 ; LESSEE shall manage the leased premises for the <br />conservation'and protection -of natural ane historical resources <br />and resource based public outdoor recreation which is compatible <br />with the conservation and protection of these public lands, as <br />set forth in subsection 259.032(11), F1024da Statutes, along <br />with other related uses necessary for the accomplishment of this <br />purpose as d4s�gnated in the 'Management Plan -required by <br />paragraph 7 of this lease. LESSOR and LES84E acknowledge that, <br />LESSEE'S use of the leased premises may result in the placement <br />of lead shot thereon, and 4E"d7R acknowledges that this use will <br />not constitute a bregcb of this lease. Notwithstanding the <br />, <br />forgoing, LESSEE will make every effort to prevent soil or water <br />contamination by lead Exceeding any applicab}e federal, state or <br />local standar" and, if such contamination occurs, LESSEE agrees <br />to bear all responsibility and liability for remediation and <br />cleanup in accordance with paragraph 26 below. <br />S.
