ATTACHMENT A PROPOSED PROGRAM BUDGET and SCOPE OF WORK ➢ Below is a general budget which,outlines eligible categories and their allocation under this award The Sub-recipient is to utilize the "Proposed Program Budget" as a guide for completing the "Budget Detail Worksheet" below ➢ Funding from the Emergency Management Performance Grant is intended for use by the Sub-recipient to perform eligible activities as identified in the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Fiscal Year 2015 Emergency Management Performance Grants Program and programs that are consistent with 2 C F R Part 200, State Rule Chapter 27P-6, Florida Administrative Code and Chapter 252, Florida Statutes) ➢ The Equipment category will require Authorized Equipment List (AEL) reference number The Authorized Equipment List (AEL) is a list of approved equipment types allowed under FEMA's preparedness grant programs The intended audience of this tool is emergency managers, first responders, and other homeland security professionals The list consists of 21 equipment categories divided into sub-categories, tertiary categories, and then individual equipment items The AEL can be found at http://beta.fema.gov/authorized-equipment-list. i At the discretion of the Sub-recipient, funds allocated to Management and Administration costs (as described in the "Proposed Program Budget") may be put towards Programmatic costs instead However, no more than 3% of each Sub-recipient's.total award may be expended on Management and Administration costs Grant Sub=recipient Category Amount Agency g rY Allocated Planning $ FY 2015 — Emergency Indian River County Management Emergency Management Training $1,300.00 Performance Grant Program — CERT Exercise $ EO Number- S9 Equipment $2,092.00 Management and Administration (M&A) (the dollar amount cannot $ exceed 5% of the total award amount) Total Award $3,392 21
