r <br />MAY <br />2 8 1986 <br />BOOK <br />04 <br />ou 5.80 <br />FINAL APPLICATION <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />TO <br />THE <br />CONTINUATION OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEM 5C, RYANWOOD_SHOPPING CENTER <br />OFFSITE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />Administrator Wright suggested that since Mr. Valenza did <br />not show up this morning, we cash bond the traffic control and <br />specify whatever hours staff feels are necessary. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, that the Board approve the <br />proposed developer's agreement with Murray Enterprises, <br />Inc., with the deletion of Paragraph 10 and the <br />addition of the requirement of a cash bond for traffic <br />control at hours deemed necessary by staff. <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis understood that although the <br />developer has obtained the DOT permit, he does not have the <br />required water quality permit from the DER as yet. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion was <br />voted on and carried unanimously. <br />AGREEMTNT WILL BE PUT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN FULLY EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, <br />seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 10:10 o'clock A.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />36 <br />R- <br />04TT-1 I �W <br />
