Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />SUBJECT: Developers Agreement Regarding <br />Offsite Roadway Improvements - <br />Ryanwood Shopping Center <br />REFERENCES: <br />Joseph Valenza, Murray <br />Enterprises, Inc., to <br />May 16,~1986 <br />The developers of Ryanwood Shopping Center, located at Kings Highway and <br />SR60, are requesting that the County approve a revised Developers Agreement <br />to allow the Center to open on July 31, 1986 prior to completion of the <br />widening of Kings Highway. The Developer is agreeing to fund $74,933 of <br />the road improvements, control traffic prior to Kings' Highway being <br />opened, and engineer the project. A DOT permit has been obtained. <br />M <br />
