Time and Place (Second Reso.) Resolution No. 2016- m4 <br /> properties to be assessed and any other interested persons may appear before said Board <br /> and be heard in regard to said property. The area to be improved and the properties to <br /> be specifically benefited are more particularly described upon the assessment plat and <br /> the assessment roll with regard to the special assessment. <br /> 2. All persons interested in the construction of said improvements and the special <br /> assessments against the properties to be specifically benefited may review the <br /> assessment plat showing the area to be assessed, the assessment roll, the plans and <br /> specifications for said improvements, and an estimate of the cost thereof at the office of <br /> the Clerk to the Board any week day from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. <br /> 3. Notice of the time and place of this public hearing shall be given by two publications in a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the County (Indian River Press Journal) a week apart. <br /> The last publication shall be at least one week prior to the date of the hearing.
