(772)-778-9391 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PUBLIC SHOOTING RANGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO SKEET&TRAP FACILITY <br /> IRC Project No. 1213B <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 <br /> to <br /> CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> WITH <br /> DONADIO and ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.A. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing CONSULTANT AGREEMENT between DONADIO and <br /> ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.A. (CONSULTANT) and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY (COUNTY) for <br /> Professional Civil Engineering and Architectural Services. All provisions of the CONSULTANT <br /> AGREEMENT shall,remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise specifically modified. This <br /> amendment addresses changes in "SCOPE OF SERVICES," "COMPENSATION" and "DURATION <br /> OF AGREEMENT" of CONSULTANT AGREEMENT as follows: <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Additional Professional Architectural and Engineering Services necessary for the Design, <br /> Bidding, Permitting and Administration of the IRC Shooting Range Fish and Wildlife Classroom <br /> Building, which consists of a 2,400 sf Classroom Building with a 1,100 sf Covered Porch Area. <br /> Services include Architectural, Structural, Civil, Landscape, Cost Consultant, and Mechanical <br /> and Electrical Engineering. Under this change in scope, it is understood that the proposed <br /> Classroom Building's parking, drainage, landscape and land clearing associated with the <br /> proposed Classroom Building was approved under SP-MI-14-02-05/98090044-71763 and the <br /> drainage requirements were approved under the previously obtained IRC and SJRWMD <br /> permits and that no further drainage permitting will be required for this Project. It is also <br /> understood, under this change in scope, that this Project will require design and permitting <br /> services for the proposed Classroom Building's septic and drain field system, as well as its <br /> potable well and water line. <br /> SECTION VI -COMPENSATION <br /> The section of CONSULTANT AGREEMENT entitled COMPENSATION shall be revised to include <br /> the additional fees not to exceed $45,912.50 as detailed in the February 25, 2016 Proposal from <br /> Donadio &Associates, Architects, P.A. <br />
