PINTO <br />DIRECTOR, UTILITYCES <br />SUBJECT: AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />MASTELLER & MOLER, INC. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 24, 1985, an agreement for professional services was <br />executed between Sippel, Masteller, Lorenz & Hoover, Inc., and <br />Indian River County. This agreement allowed the consulting engi- <br />neers to provide general consulting and engineering services as <br />needed and authorized from time to time by the County. <br />ANALYSIS <br />It <br />The new agreement shall amend the original professional services <br />agreement by changing the name of the corporation and by amending <br />certain prices for general consulting and engineering services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Utility staff asks the Board of County Commissioners to approve the <br />attached agreement for professional services between Masteller and <br />Moler, Inc., and Indian River County. This recommendation is based <br />on the utility departments complete satisfaction regarding the <br />consultants quality of work and competitive prices. <br />Director Pinto explained that the basic changes in the <br />agreement are the firm's name and the rates shown on Exhibit "A: <br />SCIIEDimr.
