Utilizing a unique combination <br /> of gasification and fermentation processes, the facility is demonstrating key <br /> equipment at full commercial scale using vegetative and yard waste as feedstock. <br /> The site is steadily moving towards stable operations in, 2016, focusing on <br /> improving performance metrics throughout the year. <br /> The project broke ground in February, 2011 with construction substantially <br /> complete in Q2, 2012, with commissioning and initial start-up in December, 2012. <br /> Bringing the facility on-line and up to capacity has taken longer than anticipated. <br /> Multiple unexpected start-up issues at the site have highlighted various <br /> modifications and upgrades over the prior years.
