RESOLUTION NO.2016- o26 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING <br /> EASEMENTS ON LOTS 3,4,5 AND 6,BLOCK E,OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION <br /> UNIT NO.2 <br /> WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots 3,4, 5 <br /> and 6, Block E, of Oslo Park Subdivision Unit No. 2; and <br /> WHEREAS,the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County, Florida that: <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br /> that it may have in the following described easements: <br /> the north and south five (5)foot side lot line drainage and utility easements of Lots 3, 4, S and 6, <br /> Block E, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit No. 2, less and except any portion of the east ten (10)foot drainage <br /> and utility easement on such lots, according to the plat of Oslo Park Unit No. 2 recorded in Plat Book 4, <br /> Page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida,whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 22nd day of <br /> March 2016, by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari AYE <br /> Vice-Chairman Joseph E.
