r • <br />Providing (First Reso.) <br />Resolution No. 2016- 023 <br />WHEREAS, the special assessment shall become due and payable at the office of the Department of Utility <br />Services of Indian River County ninety (90) days after the final determination of the special assessment pursuant to <br />Section 206.08, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board <br />of County Commissioners has determined that the following described properties shall receive a direct and special <br />benefit from this improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 1 through 14 and Lots 16 through 30, Winter Beach Highlands Subdivision, Plat Book 6, Page 58, <br />Indian River County Public Records; Lot 15 Winter Beach Highlands Subdivision together with those <br />lands as described in OR Book 2900, Page 23; and those lands as described in OR Book 2847 Page <br />1685. Said lands lying in Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for milling improvements to 51St Avenue between 65th Street and 67th Street, Winter <br />Beach Highlands Subdivision; heretofore designated as Indian River County Project No. 1511 is hereby <br />approved subject to terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Chapter 206, et seq. Indian <br />River County Code. <br />3. There is presently on file with the Clerk to the Board an assessment plat showing the area to be assessed. <br />The assessment plat shall be open to inspection by the public. <br />4. An assessment roll with respect to the special assessments has been completed and has been filed with <br />the Board. <br />5.
