Please do the following: <br />Contact. by letter, telegram, or phone your legislators and <br />request legislative relief. This relief can be granted in <br />the "Statement of Intent" which will be added to the Appro- <br />priations Bill within the next ten (10) days. Ask them to: <br />Incorporate the 564� match exemption <br />and the Medicaid audit paybacks <br />exemption in the "Statement of Intent". <br />You should be aware that the legislature's failure to do this <br />will necessitate our four (4) County Commissions being asked <br />for an additional $122,000 to maintain our current operations. <br />If you need further information, please contact Jack Lance, <br />Director, Community Relations at the Center. <br />Please contact your legislators now. <br />Sincerely, <br />LL <br />�ichard L. /mIlls <br />Executive Director <br />Thanks foV5rIW akL.
