(772)-778-9391 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SOUTH COUNTY REGIONAL PARK <br />INTERGENERATIONAL RECREATION FACILITY <br />IRC Project No. 1135 <br />AMENDMENT NO.3 <br />to <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />WITH <br />BORRELLI + PARTNERS, INC. <br />This is an amendment to the existing CONSULTANT AGREEMENT between BORRELLI + PARTNERS, INC. <br />(CONSULTANT) and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY (COUNTY) for Professional Civil Engineering and <br />Architectural Services. All provisions of the CONSULTANT AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and <br />effect, unless otherwise specifically modified. This amendment addresses changes in "SCOPE OF <br />SERVICES" and "COMPENSATION" of CONSULTANT AGREEMENT as follows: <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Additional services for land surveying, civil engineering, landscape and irrigation modifications to <br />relocate the Go -Line bus transfer point. <br />COMPENSATION <br />The section of CONSULTANT AGREEMENT entitled COMPENSATION shall be revised to include the <br />additional fees: <br />Borrelli + Partners, Inc. Fee: <br />$1,200.00 <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc.
