THIRD EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROVIDING AUCTION <br />SERVICES FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />This Extension to that certain Agreement to provide auction services is entered into effective as of <br />2016 by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") <br />and Associate Auctions, LLC, a Florida corporation, having its principal address at 608 S. Colorado Ave., Stuart, <br />Florida 34994 ("Auctioneer"). <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS <br />A. Effective February 19, 2013, the County and the Auctioneer entered into an Agreement for Auction <br />Services. <br />B. Article 22 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions. <br />C. The first renewal term commenced effective as of February 19, 2014 and ended on February 18, 2015; the <br />second renewal term commenced effective as of February 19, 2015 and ended on February 18, 2016. <br />D. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to again renew the Agreement by this Extension. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Auctioneer agree as follows: <br />1. The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this First Extension. <br />2. The third renewal term shall commence effective as of February 19, 2016 and shall end on February 18, <br />2017; one additional renewal term is available beyond this third renewal. All renewal terms are subject to <br />30 -day termination in accordance with the terms of this Contract. <br />3.
