LEVELS OF RADON THAT EXCEED <br /> FEDERAL AND STATE GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN FOUND IN BUILDINGS <br /> IN FLORIDA. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING RADON AND <br /> RADON TESTING MAY BE OBTAINED FROM YOUR COUNTY HEALTH <br /> UNIT. <br /> 17. VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. Any and all suits for breach of this Lease <br /> Agreement shall be instituted and maintained in a state or federal court of <br /> competent jurisdiction having jurisdiction over Indian River County, Florida.
