Mrs. <br />Eggert <br />noted that <br />she <br />only <br />meant set <br />the <br />boundaries in <br />the sense <br />that it <br />should not <br />be <br />all <br />of Roseland <br />but <br />just a <br />particular area within Roseland where this problem occurs. <br />Mr. Mensing did not believe any of the residents what to see <br />the area expanded. They just want to protect what is there <br />exclusively. That's what they are looking for and what they feel <br />they have been promised they can get. <br />Commissioner Wodtke pointed out that if we have that zoning <br />classification on our books, the Commission is going to have to <br />make the determination on any request for this classification <br />whether it is allowable or not. We cannot have an exclusive <br />zoning classification and restrict it to any particular piece of <br />land. <br />Vice Chairman Lyons agreed, and Com.
