DREDGE & FILL PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FILE NUMBERS 121749-4 & 31-121779-4 <br />APPLICANT: Mutual Development Corp. <br />1835 20th Street <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />WATERWAY & LOCATION: The projects are located on the Indian <br />River, Sea Grove Subdivision, Lots 10 & 25, in the unincor- <br />porated portion of Indian River County. <br />WORK & PURPOSE: The applicant proposes to construct a 240 <br />square foot dock on Lot #25 and a 350 square foot dock on Lot <br />#10. The docks will be utilized as single boat residential <br />docking facilities. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />The Planning and Development Division reviews and submits <br />comments on dredge and fill applications to the permitting <br />agencies based upon the following: <br />The Conservation & Coastal Zone Management Element of the <br />Indian River Comprehensive Plan; <br />Coastal Zone Management, Interim Goals, Objectives & <br />Policies for the Treasure Coast Region; and <br />The Hutchinson Island Resource Planning & Management Plan <br />The Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County <br />Chapter 16Q-20 F.A.C. <br />The Indian River County Code of Laws & Ordinances specifies <br />that residential dock structures are accessory uses to the <br />principal residential use. In order to construct the proposed <br />dock facility, the applicant must have a principal structure on <br />Lots 10 & 25. <br />40 <br />
