Hagan <br />Dear Commissioner: <br />As I'am sure you are well aware, the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency has announced a tentative program to build 3,400 bunkers so that <br />we politicians will be able to survive a nuclear attack. <br />You may think, as I do, that the proposal is Orwellian. No one in <br />his or her right mind would spend public monies to promote this kind of <br />insanity. <br />Please join with me in opposing this plan. I ask that you urge your <br />Congressional Representatives and Senators to reject the program; I also <br />ask that you pass a resolution in opposition to FEMA's proposal.
