The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br />Development Director to make appropriate minor changes to the application as needed <br />prior to submitting the application to the Florida Division of Emergency Management. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community <br />Development Director or the Board of County Commissioners Chairman (if required by <br />the state) to execute and submit an application to the Florida Division of Emergency <br />Management for State approval. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br />Community Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner <br />as may be required by the Florida Division of Emergency Management. <br />SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br />Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the Hurricane Loss <br />Mitigation Program Residential Construction Mitigation Program application and project. <br />SECTION 5.
