Bo funds being necessary to be forwarded to the atatm Treas- <br />urer as ex -officio county Treasurer for the retirement of bonds and interest payments, <br />and sufficient amount is now on hand, with the gasoline tax to come it for such pur- <br />poses. <br />The Board then proceeded to fix the millage for the %UAY BRIDGE DIO RIUM, in <br />accordance with the laws of Florida, as emended by the 1927 Legislature, and it was <br />,7 - <br />determined thea a tax rate of Three and one-half (3-1/2) mills on the dollar be <br />levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1931, on all of the property in <br />the County of Indian giver lying and being within the boundaries.of the said Quay <br />Bridge District for the purpose of paying interest and creating a sinking fund for <br />the ultimate redemption of the bonded debt, and for the necessary assistance to oper- <br />ate said bridge and reasonable repairs of same4 one mill of which shell be forwarded <br />to the state Treasurer _as ex -officio county Treasurer for the retirement of bonds <br />and interest payments, and 2-1/2 mills shall be paid into the County :Depository for <br />the proper operation of said bridge. <br />The Board then proceeded to fix the tillage for the Wabasso Bridge District, in <br />accordance with the laws of Florida, ad amended by the 1929 Legislature, and it was <br />determined that a tax rate of Ten (10) mills on the dollar be levied and is hereby <br />j # <br />fixed and assessed for the year 19319 on all of the property in the County of Indian <br />River lying and being within the boundaries of the said +-abasso Bridge Di strict, <br />sight (8) mills of wh ih shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer as ex -officio <br />County Treasurer for the retirement of bonds and interest payments, and to create a <br />sinking fund for the ultimate redemption of the banded debt, and Two (2) mills of <br />which shell be used solely for the purpose authorized and prescribed by Chapter 111309 <br />Acts of 1925, laws of Florida.
