BOOK FAf F <br />SECTION 11. <br />REPEALING CLAUSE. <br />All resolutions in conflict or inconsistent therewith <br />hereby are repealed, insofar as there is conflict or <br />inconsistency. <br />SECTION 12. <br />RPVRrFPTVR nArr+ <br />This resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William Wodtke Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />86-41 <br />The Chairman thereupon declared Resolution No. duly passed and <br />adopted this 16th day of July , 1986. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />DON C. SCU OCR, <br />Chairman <br />GIFFORD MINISTERIAL ASSOCIATION REQUESTS <br />Commissioner Lyons informed the Board that he has been in <br />correspondence with the Sheriff re some of the items the <br />Ministerial Association included in their request as he believed <br />they were the kind of things that could be addressed by the <br />Public Safety Advisory Committee. The Sheriff in the following <br />letter has indicated his agreement with this within certain <br />limitations. <br />76 <br />
