7th Avenue between 10th and 12th Streets <br />Lot 1, through 11, Block 1 of Casa Rio Subdivision as <br />recorded in Plat Book 1'Page 81 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County and Lots 1 and 15, Donamerle <br />Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 40, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />Commencing at a concrete monument on the Southwest corner <br />of the East one-half of Lot 2, Vero Land Company <br />Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 19, St. Lucie <br />County, public records now being situate in Indian River <br />County,, thence continue North 259.18 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning; thence run East 228.5 feet; thence run <br />South 136.49 feet; thence run West 228.5 feet; thence run <br />North 136.49 feet to the point of beginning, and, <br />South 122.69 feet of the West 159' of East one-half of <br />Lot 2, Vero Land Company's Subdivision as recorded in <br />Plat Book 3, Page 19 of the Public records of St. Lucie <br />County now being situate in Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />19 <br />their entirety. <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- <br />ments to 7th Avenue between 10th and 12th Streets, heretofore designated <br />as Public Works Project No.8617, is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Section 11-34, Indian <br />River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />0 <br />Bird Who moved its adoption.
