implementation of NIMS. Additionally, grantees and sub-grantees will be required to <br /> meet certain NIMS compliance requirements. This includes all emergency preparedness, <br /> response, and/or security personnel in the organization participating in the development, <br /> implementation, and/or operation of resources and/or activities awarded through this <br /> grant must complete training programs consistent with the NIMS Training Plan. Minimum <br /> training includes: IS-100.b Introduction to ICS; IS-200.b ICS for Single Incident and Initial <br /> Action Incidents; IS-700. a NIMS: An Introduction. IS-800 NRF: An Introduction, <br /> Additional NIMS courses would include: Intermediate Incident Command System (G- <br /> 300), and Advanced Incident Command System (G-400) are also recommended. For <br /> additional guidance on NIMS training, please refer to <br /> http://www.fema.gov/emergency/nims/nims training program.pdf <br /> H. Reporting Requirements <br /> 1. Quarterly Programmatic Reporting: <br /> The Quarterly Programmatic Report is due within 15 days after the end of the reporting <br /> periods(March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31)for the life of this contract. <br /> • If a report(s) is delinquent, future financial reimbursements will be withheld until <br /> the Recipient's reporting is current. <br /> • If a report goes two (2) consecutive quarters without Recipient reflecting any <br /> activity and/or no expenditures will likely result in termination of the agreement. <br /> Programmatic Reporting Schedule <br /> Reporting Period Report due to DEM no later than <br /> January 1 through March 31 April 15 <br /> April 1 through June 30 July 15 <br /> July 1 through September 30 October 15 <br /> October 1 through December 31 January 15 <br /> 2. Programmatic Reporting-BSIR <br /> Biannual Strategic Implementation Report: <br /> After the end of each reporting period, for the life of the contract unless directed <br /> otherwise, the SAA, will complete the Biannual Strategic Implementation Report <br /> in the Grants Reporting Tool (GRT) https://www.rer)orting.odr).dhs.gov. The <br /> reporting periods are January 1-June 30 and July 1-December 31. Data entry is <br /> scheduled for December 1 and June 1 respectively. Future awards and <br /> reimbursement may be withheld if these reports are delinquent. <br /> 3. Reimbursement Requests: <br /> A request for reimbursement may be sent to your grant manager for review and <br /> approval at anytime during the contract period. Reimbursements must be <br /> requested within 90 calendar days of expenditure of funds, and quarterly at a <br /> minimum. Failure to submit request for reimbursement within 90 calendars of <br /> expenditure shall result in denial of reimbursement. The Recipient should <br /> include the category's corresponding line item number in the"Detail of Claims" <br /> form. This number can be found in the"Proposed Program Budget".
