i <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 - 52 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that these amendments are consistent with the general spirit and <br />intent of the County's Comprehensive Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the <br />Transportation and Land Use Elements of the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Land Use Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Pages 35 and 36 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive <br />Plan are hereby amended as follows: <br />PERMITTED COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL LOCATIONS <br />I-95/C.R. 512 INTERCHANGE <br />This is a commercial/ industrial node containing twe-hundred <br />€erty-{e4e} six hundred fifty (650) acres. <br />I-95/S.R. 60 INTERCHANGE <br />This is a commercial/industrial node containing five -hundred <br />fifty -455e} six hundred fifty (650) acres. <br />SEBASTIAN/ROSELAND AREA <br />A seventy--moi-^e-- f 45) one hundred twenty (120 ) acre hospi- <br />tal/commercial node is located at the intersection of Roseland <br />Road and U.S. #1 adjacent to the existing hospital. Commercial, <br />institutional and residential uses related to the needs of the <br />hospital as well as tourist commercial and general commercial <br />uses may be permitted within this node.
