He wished <br />to make it clear that last week's hearing of July 15th is a part <br />of the public record and is a part of the Board's decisionmaking <br />process, and he, therefore, requested that we do not have a <br />complete rehash tonight of the testimony presented on July 15th. <br />He informed those present that Items 4 through 21 on tonight's <br />agenda basically had no opposition, and it would serve to <br />expedite the meeting if these were taken up and disposed of <br />before proceeding with Item 3 concerning Vista Properties request <br />for amendment of the Comprehensive Plan and for rezoning. <br />Staff's recommendations relative to the Comprehensive Plan <br />amendments and rezonings on the agenda tonight -are as follows: <br />5 BOOK 65' Pr2'tE 7 <br />'JUL 2 9 1986 <br />
