P6 <br />J <br />1,986 <br />(305) 845-0665 <br />�m city, <br />C„1 <br />In accordance with in Michelle Terry's letter and a review of the <br />prints that were enclosed, and our telephone discussion of July 2, 1986, <br />we are pleased to submit our proposal to review the subject bridge plans. <br />Specifically, we will provide the following Scope of Services. <br />1. We will make a structural check of the prestressed slab units. <br />2. We will review the -.remaining bridge components to determine they are <br />in conformance with good design practice and are sufficiently <br />detailed for proper construction assembly. <br />3. As requested in Ms. Terry's letter, we will furnish a new bar <br />listing for the subject bridge. <br />4 As you requested, we will provide a summary of estimated bridge <br />quantities (which can be used as a bid tabulation). <br />5. We will make comments on the set of prints we received, with final <br />plans preparation to be conducted by your staff. <br />We will provide the above services for a lump sum fee of $3,200.00, <br />and will submit our billing upon completion of the work. <br />We will complete our work on or before July 25, 1986, and will begin <br />work upon receipt of this letter being executed. <br />If you concur in the foregoing and wish to direct us to proceed with <br />the aforementioned work, please execute the enclosed copy of this letter i <br />agreement in the space proved and return the same to the undersigned. i <br />Fees and times stated in this agreement are valid for sixty (60) days <br />after the date of agreement by the engineer. <br />i <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit our proposal for this i <br />important assignment, and look forward to its approval and an early ' <br />execution of this agreement so we can proceed with the work. <br />DHH: acd <br />Very truly yours, <br />KIMLEY—HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Donald H.
