00610 - PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND <br />INSTRUCTION FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND <br />The front or cover page to the required public construction payment and performance <br />bond shall contain the information required by Fla. Stat. 255.05(1)(a), and be <br />substantially in the format shown on the first page following this instruction. <br />The Public Construction Bond shall be in the form suggested by Fla.
