If so, is a third party required to take it? <br />What happens in event of rain delays? <br />What are the work hours? <br />Questions will be addressed in Addendum No. 1 <br />No curbing is required with this project. There is a grass strip between the edge of pavement and <br />sidewalk. Grassing will need to be placed if it does not exist. There is a line item for Performance Turf to <br />cover this item. <br />Certified payroll with wage rates will be required to be submitted by the contractor. Bulletin Board, EEO <br />for all subs over $10,000, FH 1273 must be included in all contracts.
