This Work Order No 4 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />This Work Order No. 4 is for the Design/Builder to perform work in connection with the Site <br />Work, Preparation and Improvements to the proposed Fire Station 13 located at 4th Street and <br />43rd Avenue. <br />SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Completion of site development to include; installation of gravity sewer, installation of the offsite <br />force main and connection to IRC FM, restoration of the offsite force main areas, installation of <br />the fire line and DDCV, connection of the water service to new fire station building, installation of <br />new pad mount FPL transformer and underground feeders, installation of the remaining site <br />drainage systems and final grading of site, installation and completion of the site concrete <br />drives, parking and sidewalks, completion of the onsite landscape, sod grassing and irrigation <br />system and construction of a 2 bay, prototype fire station building based upon the drawing set <br />dated August 29, 2014. <br />SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br />1. Project shall be completed as follows: <br />a. Time for substantial Completion shall be 230 calendar Days from notice to proceed <br />SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br />The County agrees to pay, and the Design/Builder agrees to accept, for the above described <br />services rendered a total amount of $2,173,047 00 <br />1 <br />
