S <br />31-123053-4 AND 31-123092-4 <br />APPLICATION DESCRIPTIONS: <br />1) Application No. 31-123092-4 <br />Applicant: Mr. & Mrs. R. Boguski <br />c/o Lloyd and Associates, Inc. <br />1835 20th Street <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960-3594 <br />Waterway & Location: The project is located in the Indian <br />River in Bethel Creek, adjacent to Lot 35, Cache Cay <br />Subdivision, Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 40 East, <br />Indian River County, Florida. The upland property associated <br />with the project is on Cache Cay Drive, located in the City <br />of Vero Beach. <br />Work & Purpose: The applicant proposes to construct a <br />T-shaped private residential dock, having a 4' x 30' main <br />access dock and a 7' x 24' terminal platform, with a 4' x 5' <br />main dock extension, waterward of the terminal platform. The <br />proposed dock is to extend approximately 32 feet waterward; <br />no dredging or filling is to occur. <br />2) Application No. 31-123092-4 <br />Applicant: Pelican Pointe, Inc. <br />9600 US #1 <br />Sebastian, FL 32958 <br />Waterway & Location: The project is located on the west bank <br />of the Indian River, approximately 1.5 miles north of <br />Wabasso, adjacent to the Pelican Pointe residential <br />development, Sections 21 and 22, Township 31 South, Range 39 <br />East, Indian River County, Florida. The project is located <br />in the unincorporated portion of the County. <br />Work & Purpose: The applicant proposes to construct an <br />L-shaped private multi -dwelling 10 -slip, residential dock, <br />having a 300' x 10' pier and a 50' x 10' terminal platform, <br />with a 16' diameter gazebo at the terminus (total square <br />footage: approximately 35001). Batter boards .and piles <br />extending for a distance of 75' are proposed to be located on <br />the north side of the existing marina inlet. <br />22 <br />
