The Board will be advisory only since the <br />Board of County Commissioners will bear ultimate <br />responsibility for final decisions regarding the public <br />libraries. The primary function of the advisory board will <br />be to formulate recommendations for the County <br />Commissioners, the County Administrator, and the Library <br />Services Coordinator on matters concerning the operation, <br />improvement, and expansion of the Indian River County Public <br />Library system. <br />30 <br />
