<br />Florida, shall hold a public hearing at which par-
<br />ties in interest and citizens shall have an oppor-

<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SEC-
<br />TION 23.1. "SITE PLAN REVIEW AND
<br />APPROVAL PROCEDURES", AND SEC-
<br />TION 23.3 "SITE PLAN REVIEW STAND-
<br />ARDS", OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE
<br />OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES, KNOWN
<br />AS THE ZONING CODE, PERTAINING
<br />TO MINOR SITE PIAN REQUIREMENTS
<br />AND ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS;
<br />PROVIDING FOR DELETING THE RE-
<br />QUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF
<br />MARGINALACCESS ROADS, SIDE-
<br />WALKS AND BIKEPATHS; ALLOWING"
<br />• FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY RESERVATION
<br />RATHER THAN DEDICATION; AND EX-
<br />PANDING THE THRESHOLD FOR AD-
<br />MINISTRATIVE APPROVALS OF MODI-
<br />FICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO AP-
<br />PROVED SITE PLANS; AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVI-
<br />SIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY,'-,
<br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />at th=ing Department office on the second
<br />floor of the County Administration Building. =,4
<br />Anyone who may. wish to appeal any decision
<br />which may be made at this meeting will need to
<br />ensure that a verbatim record of the.proceedings
<br />Is made, which includes testimony and evidence
<br />upon which the appeal Is based
<br />Indian River County.
