The standards established <br />herein shall apply to all major site plan <br />applications required pursuant to the procedures of <br />this code. <br />(2) Minor site plans. Minor site plans shall be <br />exempt from installation of Marqinal Access Roads <br />and Sidewalks and Bikepaths. <br />SECTION 4 <br />Paragraph 23.3 (d) (1) a. is hereby amended as follows: <br />23.3 (d) Relationship to transportation system. <br />(1) Compliance with county thoroughfare plan. <br />a. Right-of-way dedication or reservation. <br />The land lying within the proposed development <br />which is necessary to widen or extend roadways to <br />the standards designated in the Indian River <br />County thoroughfare plan, or to provide adequate <br />land area for utilities, sidewalks and/or <br />bikepaths shall be dedicated to the County by the <br />416014044t owner prior to the release of 00 a <br />major site -plan or shall be reserved for future <br />right-of-way acquisition prior to the release of <br />a minor site plan. <br />32 <br />
