PINTO, DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES 'I <br />FROM: JEFFREY A. BOONE, OPERATIONS ENGINEERING MANAGER <br />SUBJECT: AGREEMENT WITH 90TH AVENUE PARTNERSHIP <br />BACKGROUND <br />The utility department has asked that 90th Avenue Partnership enter <br />into an agreement with Indian River County in conjunction with the <br />development of Interstate Commercial Park. The County shall <br />reimburse the developer with 500 of all impact fees collected from <br />Interstate Commercial Park and surrounding properties during the <br />first five years of the subject construction by the County, not to <br />exceed the total allowable reimbursement of $18,795.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Utility staff' recommends and requests that the Board of County <br />Commissioners review the agreement and authorize the chairman to <br />sign the agreement on behalf of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the agreement with 90th Avenue Partnership in <br />regard to the development of Interstate Commercial <br />Park and authorized the signature of the Chairman. <br />6 <br />
