<br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal
<br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their
<br />regular meeting of -August 26, 1986.
<br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:
<br />The County has been petitioned by Charles W. Heath, and Judy A.
<br />Heath, his wife, owners of the subject property, for the
<br />release of the side lot utility easements of Lots 21, 22, 23,
<br />and 24, Block N, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit 2, being the
<br />southerly five (5) feet of Lot 21, the northerly five (5) feet
<br />of Lots 22, and 23, and the southerly five (5) feet of Lots 23,
<br />and 24, Section 26, Township 33, Range 39, as Recorded in Plat
<br />Book 4, Page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida. It is the Heath's intention to consolidate the lots
<br />into a single parcel for a unity of title.
<br />The current _zoning classification is RS -6, Single -Family
<br />Residential District. The Land Use Designation is LD -2, Low
<br />Density Residential, up to six (6) units per acre.
<br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:
<br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power &
<br />Light, Florida Cablevision Corporation, and Indian River County
<br />Utility and Right-of-way Departments. Based upon their review,
<br />there were no objections to the release of the easements. The
<br />zoning staff analysis, which included a site visit, showed that
<br />drainage would be adequately handled on-site.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a resolu-
<br />tion, the release of the common five (5) foot side lot ease-
<br />ments of Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block N, Oslo Park
<br />Subdivision Unit 2, being the southerly five (5) feet of Lots
<br />21, 23, and 24, and the northerly five (5) feet of Lots 23 &
<br />24, Block N, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit' 2, As Recorded in
<br />Platbook 4, Page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
