PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Title: Part #1 - Engineering and design of approximately 3150' of 8"0 PVC water <br />main through backyard easements & sts. of Ixora Park from 20th Ave. -- 27th <br />Ave. w/valves & hydrants. Budget estimate for project cost, including 10% <br />contingency and engineering fee,is $90,200.00. <br />Part #2 Engineering and design of approximately 3150' of 8"0 PVC water <br />main along 27th Ave. from 2nd St. SW, north to 4th St. w/valves and hydrants. <br />Budget estimate for project cost, including 10% contingency and engineering <br />fee, is $66,250.00. <br />Total estimated project cost (Parts 1 & 2) is $156,450.00. <br />II. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND LUMP SUM FEE FOR SERVICES <br />Reference is made to the "Agreement for Professional .Services" <br />dated July 2, 1986 and specific Article numbers and paragraph <br />numbers which are listed hereinafter to describe the scope of ser- <br />vices included on this project: <br />A. Project Design Services per Article 4, paragraph 4a. and 4b. <br />B. General Services During Construction per Article 5, paragraph = <br />5a. and 5b. - <br />C. Supplementary and Special Services per Article 6, paragraph <br />6c., 6d., 6e., 6f., and 6g. In addition, our services shall <br />include field surveys necessary for design and preparation of <br />construction plans and assistance to the County in obtaining <br />various permits and approvals for construction (permit fees <br />to be paid by the County). <br />D. Payment for Services per Article 8, paragraph 8b., the lump <br />sum fee for A, B and C above is as follows: Part #1 = $7,200.00, <br />Part #2 = $5,410.00/TOTAL FEE: $12,610.00.
