B. Stormwater management calculations and hydraulic and hydrological modeling of <br />the on-site drainage basin(s) and adjacent off-site drainage basins impacted by the <br />development. <br />.03 The CONSULTANT shall prepare an updated detailed site and building construction plan <br />cost estimate, based on the preliminary Design Documents, and reconcile design with <br />project budget. <br />3.0 PHASE 3 - FINAL DESIGN AND PERMITTING PHASE <br />.01 The CONSULTANT will perform all necessary surveying, civil engineering, <br />architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering and structural design, and incidental <br />work for the site and Buildings. Based on the preliminary design development <br />documents, final construction plans and technical specifications shall be prepared, <br />establishing in detail the material and systems required for the project, including the <br />incorporation of Sustainable building and site design principles and systems. <br />.02 The CONSULTANT shall Design and prepare a complete set of construction plans for the <br />building suitable for obtaining COVB Site Plan Approval, Building Permits, and Health <br />Department permits, and other permits required for the work. The design shall be in <br />accordance with the 2014 Florida Building Code and current Life Safety Code. These <br />plans shall include: <br />A. Architectural <br />B. Structural <br />C. Mechanical <br />-- - - - D. Electrical -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - --- - - -- -- -- E. Interior design / finishes / furnishings & furniture selection <br />F. Equipment and Machinery evaluation and general specification <br />G. Fire protection systems <br />H. Security systems <br />I. Information technology systems <br />1. Security requirements and coordination <br />2. Voice and data systems <br />J. Energy Code Calculations/ modeling per F.B.C.. <br />.03 The CONSULTANT shall design and prepare a complete set of site construction plans <br />for obtaining COVB Site Plan Approval, building permits, and other site development <br />jurisdictional agency permits. These plans shall include: <br />A. Site Plan <br />B. Landscape / Irrigation design - "Florida Friendly" design <br />C. Site Electrical / site lighting <br />D. Clearing, Earthwork, drainage and paving <br />E. Utilities, including watermain extension on 16th Street from Old Dixie Hwy. <br />F. ROW / Traffic improvements (off-site) <br />9 <br />
