B., <br />thence Bast to the water's edge of atlantic Ocean, thence meandering along said water's <br />edge worth -westerly to point of beginning. <br />RESOLVIO, That the Tax Assessor in and for the County of Indian River, 6ta,te of <br />Florida, be and he is hereby directed to levy and assess all of the foregoing taxes as <br />fixed <br />and levied by this <br />Board upon the <br />property <br />as <br />levied and that <br />he extend <br />the <br />taxes <br />on the valuation of <br />such property <br />according <br />to <br />said millage as <br />fixed and <br />deter- <br />mined by this hoard on all the property subject to taxation in the said county of <br />Indian River, as to all taxes levied and intended to be entered on the assessment roll <br />under the head of county taxes and upon all property lying and being within the Distric <br />as described within the county of Indian River, as of the First day of January 1931. <br />RESOLVED further, that the clerk of the circuit court and clerk of this Board, <br />be and he is hereby directed to furnish to ie R. Also present were ;piles 4arren, Llerk and <br />Clark s. Rice, 4heriff. <br />It me ordered that 420.00 per month be appropriated to take care of child now in <br />f <br />Jail with its mother until after the trial of the mother. <br />It <br />was moved by commissioner <br />talker, seconded <br />by <br />Commissioner Hamilton that <br />the <br />County <br />attorney be instructed to <br />defend the action <br />of <br />this board in reducing the <br />tag <br />millage rate on the ,Mtlantic-Gulf S'peoial Road & Bridge .District, Interest & .Sinking <br />fund, and the Indian Ismer mosquito control District from 6 mills to 3 mills tag for the <br />year 1931. <br />The clerk was Instructed to advise the City of Vero reach that the junk on the old <br />fair grounds is not int thee- uatody of the. County. <br />G.R.Olmstead, Tax Vollector appeared b;eford-the Board and requested payment of bill <br />V26.25 for telephone in his office from Jiovember 1930 to February 1931.
