RECOMMENDATION <br />Utility Staff recommends`to the Board of County Commissioners the <br />following: <br />1. Transfer from the Water & Sewer Impact Fee Account <br />$11,930.91 for payment of $11, 4 <br />35.20 Principal, $567.71 <br />Interest, $9.00 Release of Lien, into the Assessment Roll <br />Account. <br />2. Reimbursement to Sextons a net of $684.94 of the principal <br />payment they made on the Assessment Roll Payment #1 dated <br />March 1, 1986. Net is arrived at as follows: <br />r <br />13 x $97.05 = $1,261.65 Gross Principal Paid <br />less (567.71) 6 Months Interest <br />5/1/86 to 10/31/86 <br />less (9.00) Release of Lien <br />_684_94 NET REFUND <br />This transaction will have a net benefit to the Utility Water -- <br />Impact Fee Account of $2,204.15. <br />Difference between Assessment Roll and rcurrent Impact Fee <br />amounts: <br />13 x $1,140.00 = $14,820.00 <br />13 x $970.45 = (12,615.85) <br />- �2�204.15 <br />Chairman Scurlock felt this is similar to a previous <br />situation where we had to clean up an assessment roll. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by _ <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the transfer from the Water & Sewer Impact Fee <br />Account into the Assessment Roll Account and <br />reimbursement to the Sextons as set out in the <br />above memo and recommended by the Utility staff. <br />(PARTIAL RELEASE.
