(0/Liypi0/3- <br />P. o <br />40 /6- p 8 8 <br />Board Of County Commissioners <br />Administration - Building A <br />1801 27th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Telephone: (772) 567-8000 FAX: 772-778-9391 <br />Project: <br />58TH Avenue — (57th Street to CR 510) <br />Topographic Design Survey <br />IRC Project No. 1325 <br />WORK ORDER NO. 1 (Engineering/Surveying) <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING SERVICES <br />WITH <br />Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation <br />In accordance with Contract No. 1333 2014-2015 <br />This Work Order No. 1 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 1, 2013, <br />and renewed on October 17, 2014 between Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation, <br />(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY): <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />This Work Order No. 1 is for the SURVEYOR to perform all related field and office surveying <br />and mapping services in connection with the preparation of a topographic design survey for a <br />portion of 58th Avenue; The survey will begin at the intersection of 58th Avenue and 57th Street <br />and extend north along 58th Avenue to the intersection of 58th Avenue and CR 510. <br />SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />As agreed upon between SURVEYOR and COUNTY, the SURVEYOR shall provide <br />Professional services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No. 1; specifically <br />detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A. <br />SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br />1. Project shall be completed as follows: <br />a. 100% "Paper" review submittal (final review prior to request for final deliverables) <br />shall be made within 60 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed for review by <br />County Staff prior to preparing the final submittal package. <br />b.
