SEP 10 16"''- <br />BOOK <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />65 Ff1,E 7 f;?7 <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Resolution 86-77 approving a final budget <br />of $4,023 for the Rockridge Street Lighting Munici- <br />pal Service Taxing Unit for fiscal year 1986-87. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86- 77 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS _ <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COUNTY <br />BUDGET OFFICER'S ESTIMATES OF RECEIPTS OTHER THAN <br />TAXES AND OF BALANCES TO BE BROUGHT FORWARD FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 AND ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET. FOR <br />THE ROCKRIDGE STREET .LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br />TAXING UNIT. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget Officer for Indian River County <br />ascertained the needs and the fiscal policy of the Board for the <br />ensuing fiscal year and did prepare and present to the Board a ' <br />tentative budget for fiscal year 1986-87 including all estimates <br />of receipts, taxes to be levied, and balances expected to be <br />brought forward and all estimated expenditures, reserves, _and <br />(balances to be carried c.- year; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did examine i <br />the tentative budget and held public hearings pursuant to law to <br />consider input from the citizens of Indian River County with I <br />respect to the taxes to be levied, the amounts and the use of the j <br />money derived from the levy of'taxes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, th8t <br />i <br />1. the County Budget Officer's estimates of receipts <br />i <br />other than taxes, and of balances to be brought forward, for the <br />Rockridge Street Lighting Municipal Service Taxing Unit are hereby I' <br />revised as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and <br />i <br />2. the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County hereby adopts the attached budget as the final budget for i <br />fiscal year 1986-87 for the Rockridge Street Lighting Municipal <br />Service Taxing Unit. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Patrick B.
